A fresh approach to veterinary care.

Leadership at Doppler Veterinary Clinic approached us with a solid business plan and growth strategy early in their business journey. While they had an existing logo, they recognized the need to enhance and expand it to establish a strong visual identity capable of attracting entrepreneurial veterinary practice owners to their growing network.

CHALLENGES FACED

We began with a thorough competitive analysis aimed at pinpointing market gaps and avenues for distinctive visual differentiation. Given Doppler’s commitment to a novel approach in veterinary care, it was crucial to avoid blending in with existing graphic styles. Based on our findings, we created multiple design concepts, which were shared with a focus group comprised of veterinary founders and members of the network’s board. After the initial presentation of these concepts, we hosted three feedback sessions with about ten focus group members. This helped us understand the needs of different regions across the network and gain perspectives across a range of roles within the network.

SOLUTIONS DEVELOPED

With that feedback, we were able to refine the design concepts and finalize the logotype and brand icon to be something everyone was happy with and proud to have representing them.

Beyond this, we developed comprehensive brand guidelines and brand collateral materials to assist their team in positioning the network as a prominent leader in the veterinary business sector.

Our graphics centered on highlighting the connectivity and support within the Doppler network. We aimed to underscore that the brand catered to veterinary leaders seeking support while retaining a hands-on clinic approach. Through imagery and infographics, we conveyed the innovative nature of Doppler’s business model.

RESULTS

Notably, Doppler Veterinary transitioned from a startup with no clinics and just one full-time employee to an emerging brand, now encompassing 23 clinics across 3 territories and boasting a growing team of 32 members and counting.
